Messaging terms

The program

Tim's Hair Art (“we,” “us”) sends transactional text messages to clients who book with us. These include appointment confirmations, reminders, grace-period and running-late notices, deposit and balance updates, and replies from your stylist. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in

You consent to receive these texts when you provide your mobile number while creating an account or booking an appointment with us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — typically a confirmation when you book plus reminders before each appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message you receive. After you opt out we will send one confirming message, and you will no longer receive texts from us. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
