This policy explains how Tim's Hair Art collects, uses, and protects your mobile phone number and the consent you give to receive text messages. It supplements any other privacy notice we provide.
When you create an account or book with us we collect your name, mobile number, email, and booking details. Your mobile number is collected so we can text you about your appointments and so your stylist can reply to you.
We use your number only to send transactional booking texts — confirmations, reminders, grace-period notices, deposit/balance updates, and two-way replies with your stylist — sent through our messaging provider, Twilio. We do not use it for marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share data only with the service providers that operate this booking service — Twilio (text delivery), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email) — and only to the extent they need it to provide their service to us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such sharing and are not transferred to any third party.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. See the Messaging Terms for the full list of keywords.
To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@timshair.art.
We keep your number for as long as you have an account or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
